IMPORTANT: HOW TO SOAK GEL BULLETS:

The most common problem for new users with all gel launchers is that the gel balls are not soaked in a proper method, resulting in your launchers not shooting properly.

Soak dry gel balls in clean water for 3-4 hours, or until the gel balls reach 7-7.5mm, rinse thoroughly before using. Soak in purified water for better performance. The gel launchers are designed to use gel bullets in a size of 7-7.5mm only, smaller size would result in a sufficient bullet feed and bigger size would result in bullets stacking in the barrel, please make sure you soak your gel bullets until they reach 7-7.5mm before using. Store your soakd gel bullets in a closed container if you want to use them next time. For unused soacked gel balls, if they start shrinking after sometime, you can just re-soak them again to 7-7.5mm. If you have oversized get bullets stucking in your launcher, clean out them before using again.
